| For
Registered & Non-Registered Public Users
MyChefs.com, the online service
provider to users and merchant members, is committed to protecting
personally identifiable information that you save in our web
server.
(1) Information Collected During
Order Placement
User provides contact information
(such as name, telephone number, delivery address) and financial
information (such as credit card number, expiration date)
when placing an order. At the user's request, MyChefs.com
sends this information to the merchant member for offline
billing and fulfillment of that order. If the merchant member
has questions about your order, this information is used to
contact the user. User must contact the merchant member directly
to opt out of being contacted by anyone, including the merchant,
for any other purpose. To opt out of being part of MyChefs.com
contact list that contains name, address, telephone number
and e-mail address, please send a request to our Customer
Service department.
(2) Information Collected During
Registration
During order placement, a Non-Registered
user has the option of becoming a Registered User to avoid
having to re-enter some information when another order is
placed, to use Purchase Orders as method of payment, to view
order status and to recall last three orders placed during
the last 60 days. If user becomes a Registered user, registration
information is stored in our web server. If user wishes to
remain Non-Registered, MyChefs.com will send order information
to the merchant member as above, and will delete all personally
identifiable details from our web server.
(3) Information Collected During

broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP address
is linked to personally identifiable information such as credit
card information to aid in minimizing chance of unauthorized
use.
We use navigational information
in the aggregate to understand how users as a group use the
service so that we can make MyChefs.com better. We may also
